Because mourning doves don’t caw, they coo!  This blog allows me to engage in ministry that I don’t have the opportunity to in my local church– writing.  I am passionate about truth and enjoy following church, theological, and cultural trends.  Although I approach subjects critically I come from an evangelical Christian worldview.  Naturally, my faith informs my perspectives.

That being said, I don’t claim to be an authority on anything.  But I’m committed to learning & hope that doesn’t discourage anyone from taking seriously some of the claims made throughout.  My intention is primarily to practice writing.  This might explain the broadness of my content, over against common blog wisdom that in order to be successful, one should find their niche.  In the process, I recognize that this also serves as a platform (small as it may be) that bears witness to my development as I find my place on the theological spectrum.  Therefore, my views on certain issues may mature and/or change.  I’m guessing I will some day look back on certain posts in embarrassment.  However, should someone be led to love God more with their heart, mind, soul, or strength in the process, that I would welcome & celebrate.

My name’s Andrew Dragos and I’m a high school youth worker based out of Michigan.

Some of my interests: theology, experimental music, guitars, fine art, history, writing, staying organized, architecture, apologetics, philosophy, young people, nature, exercising, food, working out my salvation (Philippians 2:12).
