Everything you describe is very familiar to me, too... but do be careful leaving those keys in the car in some parts, people are still people and n'er-do-wells are still around. Kitchener is home to our denomination's (Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada) Bible college (Emmanuel BC on Fergus just off Weber) and many other related sites.
